Terms of Service
Effective November 1, 2026 · Friendly Web Designs LLC
The agreement between you and Friendly Web Designs LLC when you use Friendly Meet.
Who we are
Friendly Meet (friendlymeets.com) is operated by Friendly Web Designs LLC, 2625 Denison Dr, Ste 3, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858. By creating an account, booking an appointment, or joining a meeting you agree to these terms. If you use Friendly Meet for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.
Accounts and workspaces
Each company gets its own workspace. The person who creates it is the workspace admin and is responsible for who they invite and what their team does.
Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else used your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
You must give accurate information. We may suspend accounts created with fake details, throwaway email addresses, or to get around a past suspension.
Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly per user. Free trials need a card; one trial per company and per card. When the trial ends your card is charged unless you cancel first.
Prices are shown before you subscribe. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
If a payment fails we will retry and email you. Workspaces with unpaid bills may be limited to the Billing page until the bill is paid.
Your content
You own what you bring: meeting recordings, transcripts, notes, whiteboards, files, and contact details. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for having the right to record people. Friendly Meet shows a recording notice to everyone in the call, but many states (including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan for eavesdropping, Pennsylvania, and Washington) require every person’s consent. Ask before you record.
Text messages
If your workspace sends texts through Friendly Meet you must follow our SMS Terms and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Only text people who agreed to it, and only about the meeting or appointment they agreed to.
Acceptable use
Do not use Friendly Meet to break the law, harass people, send spam, share sexual content involving minors, spread malware, impersonate others, or try to get into another workspace’s data. Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without a White Label plan.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report child exploitation to the authorities.
Service availability
We work to keep Friendly Meet running all the time, but video depends on internet connections, devices, and third parties. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Friendly Web Designs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Friendly Meet and delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access for breaking these terms. After a workspace is closed we delete its data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax, billing, or legal reasons.
Changes and governing law
If we make important changes we will tell admins by email at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Isabella County, Michigan.
